1. How do I know it is real?
From talking to many clients after the session is over, most just "know" from an inner level that what
they experienced is true. There are many examples of people who have had past life regressions, who have done research to explore
whether their experience was real or not. These examples have been documented in many books by noted authors using detailed investigation
techniques. (See these books in the "Suggested Reading" section).
2. Do I have to re-experience all of the feelings when I go back
to a past life?
Most of the clients experience a past life with their normal sensory mechanisms such as feeling, hearing, smelling, and seeing. Often if the death scene in a particular lifetime is painful, they'll float above the scene and just view it as a movie without experiencing the pain. Others feel the discomfort from what is occurring. Their experiences vary because some clients are very visual, and experience the scenes as if they are actually re-experiencing everything from within the body. Others view the scene from outside as if they are watching a movie.
3. How often can I participate in a Past Life Regression?
How many past life regressions a person decides to do is up to the individual. Some clients only experience one Past Life Regression and go away with enough answers that one past life is all they want. Others who are interested in learning more about themselves by tracking the patterns of soul lessons, might do more than one Past Life Regression. Some of these people map out what you might refer to as a Soul Tree to gain more understanding about their soul's travels.
4. How do I recognize other loved ones during my Past Life Regression?
Recognition
of a loved one or even a friend that you know in your present life will vary depending upon the client. Many times a client will immediately
recognize a friend or loved one from their present life in a past life just by the "energy" that person emits. Others can tell by
looking into the eyes of that past life person and others seem to just "know". During some past life regressions though, you may not
recognize any one from your current life.
5. What determines what particular Past Life I will experience?
Generally, before a person
undergoes a Past Life Regression, they will have a question, a problem or even a phobia that they want resolved. Almost always, the
"cause" of the problem or concern will guide them to the particular past life in which the client experienced the present problem
or concern. In many cases, when a client decides to do an exploration to learn answers that can help them with their life today, the
lessons and answers they receive generally fit the questions they had prior to the session.
